On the edit screen of content items, you will find a red 'Publishing' tab. This tab is used to publish content on the website.
The publishing tab displays the publication status of the content item:
if the content item has already been published, the publication settings (eg dates) will be shown
if the content has not been published yet, and if the content is in the 'Publication' step of its workflow, then Publishers will be given the opportunity to publish the content item.
