To create a new content item, we first have to go to the "Content" content section:
go to the user home page ("/content-center")
you may be asked to log in; if so enter your email address and password, then click on "Submit"
if you do not have a home folder set or wish to change folder, click on the "content" link in the left-hand column; this will send you to "/content/admin/index.jsp" (check the address in the browser window)
In the Content content section, you can create new content items and edit existing ones. Content Items are created (and stored) in folders. By default, you should be assigned a 'Home folder' which will store all your content. To learn more about folders, see the section called “Folders”.
next to the last green arrow, next to "Create new", select the content type from the drop-down list (for example 'Article')
click on the Go button next to the drop-down list
a 'New item' area will appear; type the title of the new content item in the 'Page Title' field; the 'Name (URL)' field will be completed automatically

click on the Create button
There are several content types to choose from; to learn more about these, see the section called “Content Types”.
Although you have now created the item, it is still empty and not available on the live website. Your next task is to enter the text and other data. In order to do this, you will be taken through a series of screens where you can input its most important data; see the section called “Editing a content item”.
